摘 要:研究了模拟酸雨对种子繁殖香根草叶绿素(Chl)含量、光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和水分利用率(WUE)的影响。结果表明,酸雨胁迫使香根草Chl含量明显下降,模拟酸雨pH值3.5是影响香根草Pn、Tr、WUE的临界点,pH≤3.5影响明显,pH>3.5影响不明显。在pH值1.5影响下的各项生理指标均最低,在此影响下的香根草已受到酸雨严重伤害而不能恢复,其余处理均能恢复。This paper looks at the effects of simulated acid rain on seed-breeding in V. zizanioides at range of pH levels on chlorophyll content, photosynthesis rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr) and water use efficiency (WUE). The results showed acid rain caused an obvious decrease in chlorophyll content, especially when acid rain had a pH below 3.5. Pn,Tr and WUE increased with increasing PAR. pH 3.5 was shown to be the critical level at which effects on Pn, Tr and WUE of seed-breeding V. zizanioides became serious, that is, when the pH was 3.5 or below, the effect was far more obvious than when the acid raiffs pH was higher. All the parameters recorded their lowest measurements when the pH was lower than 1. 5. At this pH V. zizanioides could not recuperate among all the disposal. And others could recuperate very well.
