摘  要:用放射配体结合技术测定了大鼠子宫肌细胞膜上β肾上腺素能受体的数目与亲和力。动情前期与动情期子宫肌β肾上腺素能受体的数目(由最大结合容量R_T表示)为126.84±54.69fmol/mg蛋白质,明显高于动情后期与动情间期子宫中的数目77.98±30.66fmol/mg蛋白质(P<0.05),由此表明子宫的激素状态可影响受体从而再影响子宫收缩。动情周期中各期间的受体亲和力(用解离常数K_D反映)The number and affinity of ?-adrenoceptors on rat uterine smooth muscle membranes were determined by radioligand binding technique. The number of ?-adrenoceptors (shown by maximum binding capacity RT) of uterus in proestrus and estrus stage (126.84?54.69 fmol/mg preicin) was significantly higher than those in diestrus and metestrus stage (77.98 + 30.66 fmol/mg protein) (p<0.05). It suggests that the hormonal state of uterus may affect its receptor and thus influence the uterine contraction. There was no significant difference in affinity (shown by dissociation constant KD) among differnt stages of oestrous cycle
