摘  要:目的探讨单纯高甘油三酯血症患者血清细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)的变化及其对早期预测动脉粥样硬化的意义。方法利用125Is-ICAM-1放射免疫分析(RIA)方法测定35例单纯高甘油三酯血症患者和33例健康人血清sICAM-1水平。结果单纯高甘油三酯血症患者血清sICAM-1水平高于对照组(P<0.01),且血清sICAM-1与甘油三酯呈正相关(P<0.01),多元逐步回归显示甘油三酯为影响血清sICAM-1最为显著的因素(R2=0.53)。结论sICAM-1表达增加可能与高甘油三酯血症相关,有助于早期预测动脉粥样硬化病变的发生。Objective To study the changes of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in isolated hypertriglyceridemia and its significance in the prediction of atherosclerosis. Methods There were 35 hypertriglyceridemie patients in the study group and 33 healthy subjects in the control group. Serum sICAM-1 was measured using ^125I-sICAM-I radioimmunoassay. Results Serum sICAM-1 was higher in the study group than that in the control group (P〈0.01).There was significant positive correlation between serum sICAM-1 and triglyceride(P〈0.01). Multiple stepwise regression showed that triglyceride was the most important factor that was associated with serum sICAM-1 (R^2=0.53). Conclusions Hypertriglyeeridemia may eontribule to the development of alherosclerosis by increasing expression of sICAM- 1 and it may be useful to predict the risk of developing atheroselerosis in the future.
