摘  要:目的探讨致病性真菌的种类及其耐药性。方法用API-20CAUX鉴定系统进行真菌的分离和鉴定,用ATB真菌药敏试验条进行药敏试验。结果506例受检标本分离出致病性真菌146株,阳性率为29.41%。白色念株菌分离率最高,为45.89%。药敏试验显示:146株致病真菌对5-氟胞嘧啶(5-FC)、二性霉素B(AMB)、制霉菌素(NYS)、咪康唑(M IC)、益康唑(ECO)、酮康唑(KET)的敏感率分别为93.8%、91.7%、89.7%、83.6%、82.2%和75.3%。结论致病性真菌的耐药性监测,对指导临床治疗具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the type of clinical pathogenic fungus and their drug resistance. Methods The pathogenic fungus isolated from clinical specimens had been identfied by API - 20CAUX system and sensitive test of medicine had been performed by ATB fungistat test strip method. Results From 506 tested specimens, 146 strains pathogenic fungus were segregated;The posititve rate was 29.41%. Candida albicans was the major pathogenic pathogens in this study. The percentage of culture was 45.89%. The results of susceptibility test showed: for 146 pathogenic fungus, the seneitivity to 5 - Flurocytosine, amphotericin B, nystatin, miconasole, econazole, ketoconazole was 93.8% ,91.7% ,89.7% ,83.6% ,82. 2% and 75. 3% respectively. Condusion Drug resistance monitoring of pathogenic fungus has important significance in clinical drug treatment.
