左旋吡喹酮治疗华支睾吸虫病的实验与临床观察

摘　　要：左旋和右旋吡喹酮治疗大鼠华支睾吸虫感染,总剂量均为400mg/kg,二日疗法,于治疗后7天解剖结果,左旋吡喹酮组治愈率为100％;右旋喹喹酮组和对照组每鼠平均回收虫数分别为6.6±2.72与8.47±5.97条。左旋吡喹酮的疗效明显优于右旋吡喹酮(P<0.01)。右旋吡喹酮和对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。现场治疗华支睾吸虫病37例,左旋吡喹酮总剂量为75mg/kg(25mg/kg一日3次×1天)。治疗后3个月虫卵阴转率为71.88％(23/32),未阴转者9例,平均减卵率为98.6％。药物副作用轻而短暂,血、尿常规,肝功能试验和心电图检查治疗前后对比均比明显改变。Rats experimentally infected with 30 meiacercariac clonorchius sinensis were treated with Leyo-praziquaatel (L-PQT) and Dex-tro praziquantel (D-PQT) in dosage of 10img/Kg twice daily for two days and killed 7 days after treatment. In L-PQT group no worms were found. The cure rate was 100%; while in D-PQT group and control group, the average numbers of worms were 6.6±2.72 and 8.4±5.97, respectively. The efficacy of L-PQT was superior to D-PQT(P<0.01), while difference of efficacy between D-PQT and control group was not significant(P>0.05).Thirty-seven patients were treated with L-PQT in dose of 25mg/kg 3 times a day, total dosage of 75mg/kgo Following stool examinations of 32 patients 3 months after treatment showed that egg negative conversion rate was 71.88%(23/32), while nine of stool egg positive patients showed the average egg ceduction rate was 98.6%.Side reaction of L-pQT were mild and transient. Blood and urine routine, liver function test and electrocardiograph examination skowed no remarkable changes before and after treatment
