摘 要:目的分析99Tcm-C50和67Ga在病理状态下对各主要器官和全身的内照射剂量。方法应用SPECT进行平面配对显像,以自行设计软件计算99Tcm-C50和67Ga在直肠癌和淋巴瘤病人各组织器官的辐射吸收剂量。结果发现99Tcm-C50主要累积在肝、肾中,肝、肾、肺和心的辐射吸收剂量较高;67Ga主要累积在肠道、肝脏、肾脏和骨骼内,肠、肝、骨骼、肾脏和心脏内辐射吸收剂量较高。结论本研究与ICRP第53号出版物公布的结论相近,且检测及计算方法简单、可靠,为临床合理应用上述两种放射性药物提供了实验性依据。Objective To analyze the radiation dose from internal exposure to individual organs and the whole body under pathological conditions. Methods Following paired planar imaging with SPECT, radiation absorbed doses of ^99Tc^m-C50 and ^67Ga to individual organs or tissues were calculated using self-designed software in patients with rectal cancer or lymphoma. Results ^99Tc^m-C50 was accumulated mainly in liver and kidney. The high radiation absorbed doses were found in the liver, kidney, lung and heart. ^67 Ga was accumulated mainly in the intestines, liver, kidney and skeletons. The high radiation absorbed doses were found in the skeletons, intestines, liver, kidney and heart. Conclusion These results are close to those published in No 53 of ICRP. The measurement and calculation provide a simple and relatively reliable way and experimental evidence for those two radiopharmaceuticals in clinical practice.
