摘　　要：分析了湘江沿岸城市污水处理存在的问题;讨论了BOT模式在城市污水处理行业的优点,认为该模式是一种长期的、稳定的投资模式,并论证了湘江流域采用该模式的可行性。经分析表明,采用BOT模式在湘江沿岸城市修建污水处理厂是解决湘江水体污染问题有效的途径之一。The authors analyze the problems of urban sewage treatment in cities along Xiang River, discuss the advantages of BOT pattern in the urban water treatment industry and find this pattern is a long-term and stable investment, and explore the feasibility in the watershed of Xiang River. Finally, the authors suggest BOT mode to build sewage treatment plants is effective way to solve the pollution of Xiang River.
