摘　　要：商丘广电网络公司基于自身用户收费管理的实际情况,利用Delphi6.0和SQL Server2000自主开发了一套用户收费管理系统。介绍该系统的开发过程,详细描述系统的模块功能和实施方案。Shangqiu Broadcasting and Television Network Company based on our own practical condition, developed a set of CATV user charge management system using Delphi6.0 and SQL Server2000 independently. The paper introduced the system development process, described function modules and plan how to put into practice in detail.
