摘　　要：为更好地执行国家标准ＧＢ／Ｔ１４７６３－９３《汽油车燃油蒸发污染物测量收集法》，研制开发了一套测试设备。介绍了这套测试设备的组成、工作原理、功能和特点。经对２０余辆不同型号的车辆进行的测试表明，该设备运行良好。Rust removing processing of model CA1046 light truck frame with WS93 rust removing agent on acid pickling line is presented.Result of the practice shows that the process not only promotes pickling efficiency of frame,but also lowers cost of frame in production.Features of steel for vehicle frame and principle of acid pickling are described,acid pickling process analysed and events in pickling operation to be noticed put forward.
