摘 要:目的:测定小儿化痰止咳颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的含量.方法:采用高效液相色谱法.色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm);乙腈-0.02%磷酸二氢钠溶液(含0.1%三乙胺,磷酸调pH 2.7) (5:95)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长210 nm.结果:盐酸麻黄碱在0.2~4.0μg范围内具有良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.61%,RSD为0.97%.结论:该法可用于小儿化痰止咳颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定.Subieet: to determine the content of ephedrinehydrochloride in xiaoer huatanzhike granules. Methods. The HPLC analysis was carried out on Kromasil C18 column (250 mm× 6 mm, 5μm), the mixture of aeetonitrile-0. 02% sodium dihydrogen phosphate(contain of 0. 1% triethylamine, change pH 2.7 with phosphoric acid) (5.95) was used as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 nu/min. The detection wavelength was at 210 nm, Results: The linear range of ephedrinehydrochloride was 0. 2-4. 0μg, the average recovery of this method was 98.61% with a RSD of 0. 97%. Conclusion: The method can be applied in quantitative determination of the preparation.
