高效液相色谱法测定痛经灵颗粒中丹参素的含量

摘　　要：目的: 测定痛经灵颗粒中丹参素的含量.方法: 采用高效液相色谱法.色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);水-乙腈-冰醋酸(93:5:2)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长280 nm.结果: 丹参素在0.5～10 μg范围内具有良好线性关系,平均回收率为97.55%,RSD为1.17%.结论: 该法可用于痛经灵颗粒中丹参素的含量测定.Subject： to determine the content of Danshensu in tongjinglin granules. Methods： The HPLC analysis was carried out on Kromasil C18 column （250 min × 4. 6 mm, 5μm）, the mixture of water-acetonitrile-acetic acid （93 ： 5 ： 2）was used as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was at 280nm. Results： The linear range of Danshensu was 0. 5-10μg, the average recovery of this method was 97.55% with a RSD of 1.17%. Conclusion： The method can be applied to quantitative determination of the preparation.
