摘　　要：目的探讨钢板治疗肱骨近端复杂骨折的效果。方法分别使用T型、三叶草型及解剖钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端复杂骨折37例。按Neer分型:Ⅱ型24例,Ⅲ型10例,Ⅳ型3例。结果1例术后10d死于脑血管溢外,36例获得6个月～2年随访,优良率为88.9%。结论肱骨近端复杂骨折,采用切开复位并根据骨折的具体类型选用不同的钢板内固定治疗,能够获得满意的临床效果。Objective To investigate the effect of plating for complex proximal humeral fracture. Methods 37 cases of complex proximal humeral fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with T-shaped, cloverleaf and anatomical plates, respectively. According to Neer classification system, there were 24 cases of type Ⅱ , 10 type m and Ⅲ type Ⅳ. Results 1 died of cerebrovascular accident in 10th day after operation. 36 cases were followed up for 6 -24 months, and the excellent and good rate was 88.9%. Conclusions For complex proximal humeral fracture, open reduction and internal fixation with certain type plate can provide satisfaetory clinic outcome.
