摘　　要：目的观察中药辨证内服、西药外治的方法治疗老年性鼻溢的疗效。方法治疗观察165例,其中治疗组135例。结果治疗组治愈率27.4%,好转率62.9%,总有效率90.3%,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗老年人鼻溢疗效显著。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of integrative edicine therapy for rhinorrhea among aged people. Methods Included in this study were 165 cases in total,with 135 cases being divided into treating group treated by herbal medicine orally taken,based on syndrome differentation,and 30 cases in controlling one treated by chemical drugs locally applied into nasal cavity. Results The curative rate wa 27. 4% and effective rate was 62. 9%,with a total effective rate of 90. 3%, significantly higher than that in controlling group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusions Integrative medicine therapy is significantly effective for the treatment of rhinorrhea among aged people.
