摘　　要：新余钢铁公司为了提高热轧带肋钢筋的市场竞争力,应用铌微合金化技术生产HRB400热轧带肋钢筋产品,并通过200多炉批次的生产实践,优化了该钢种的冶炼和轧制工艺,分析了钢筋的性能。检验结果表明,其产品性能完全能满足国家标准要求,且有显著的经济效益。400 HRB hot rolling reinforced bar with rib was developed by Nb-alloying technique in Xinyu Iron and Steel Company. Through production test of more than 200 heats, the smelting and rolling processes were optimized. Results show that the properties of this product meet the requirement of national standard and it brings about obvious economic benefit.
