摘  要:[目的]探讨甲醛(formaldehyde,FA)对小鼠免疫系统损伤的可能毒作用机制。[方法]选用健康昆明种纯系小鼠30只,随机分成5组(即阴性对照组、1 mg/m3、3 mg/m3、5 mg/m3染毒组和阳性对照组),每组6只,用静式吸入方式染毒,每天2 h。于染毒14d后,测定小鼠脾脏、胸腺中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性和丙二醛(maleic dialdehyde,MDA)含量。[结果]随FA染毒剂量的增高,小鼠脾脏和胸腺的相对重量呈明显下降趋势,除1 mg/m3组脾脏系数外,其他各组与阴性对照组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.001);小鼠脾脏和胸腺的SOD活性,除1 mg/m3 组胸腺SOD活性外,其他各组与阴性对照组比较差异均具有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.001),并且有明显剂量-效应关系; MDA含量各染毒组均显著高于阴性对照组(P<0.05或P<0.001)。[结论]:FA可通过引起小鼠脾脏和胸腺的脂质过氧化损伤而导致免疫功能低下,过氧化损伤可能是FA引起小鼠免疫损伤的机制之一。[ Objective ] To explore the possible mechanisms of toxic effects of formaldehyde ( FA ) on immune system in mice. [ Metheds ] 30 KM mice were randomly divided into 5 groups as following: negative group, 1mg/m^3, 3 mg/m^3, 5 mg/m^3 FA inhalation group and positive control group. Mice were exposed to FA by inspiration in a static total enclosure chamber for 14 days. The activities of SOD and the contents of MDA in spleen and thymus were determined. [ Results ] The results showed a significant decline tendency of the relative weight of spleen and thymus of mice with dose increase. There was obvious significance in all FA inhalation group compared with the negative control group ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.001 ) except the 1 mg/m^3 group for spleen. The significantly lower activities of SOD in spleen and thymus in all inhalation groups compared with negative control group (P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0.001 ) except the 1 mg/m^3 group for thymus. The results showed a significant dose-effect relationship.The contents of MDA increased significantly in all FA inhalation groups compared with the negative control group ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.001 ). [ Conclusion ] FA may induce lipid peroxidation ( LPO ) in immune system of mice. LPO might be one of the mechanisms of immune injury induced hy FA.
