恶性脑胶质瘤瘤内化疗的临床观察与护理

摘　　要：脑胶质瘤是中枢神经系统中最常见的肿瘤,但手术根治性差,易复发,预后差。本文报道6例脑胶质瘤患者术后经Ommaya囊局部化疗,效果满意,认为做好患者的心理护理,完善化疗前的各种检查,化疗中严密观察病情,及时发现,对症处理,预见性地做好安全工作,严格无菌操作,及根据病人的需求做好出院指导等是保证治疗的有效措施。Glioma is one of the most common tumors in brain neoplasms, but the effects of radical operation is not good and it recurs easily and results in unfavorable prognosis. In this study, six postoperative patients with glioma were received local chemotherapy by “ommaya gap”. They achieved satisfactory effects of chemotherapical. It was indicated that the desirably effective management including; better patients＇ mental care, consummating all checks and laboratory tests before chemotherapy, closely observing changes of symptoms and proper treatments, rigid aseptic manipulation, appropriate discharge guide according to patients＇ need.
