摘　　要：跨国民族是一种特殊的民族存在形式,如果从其内部不同族群之间的互动关系看,它是处于政治族际与文化族缘之间的一种民族互动形式。这种互动所表现出来的政治、经济、文化民族主义的情绪和现象,十分值得研究。而这些政治、经济和文化的民族主义表现,其实质是族缘政治的存在。在研究跨国民族问题时,可以从地缘政治现象联想到族缘关系,进而发现族缘政治的存在。The cross - border ethnic group is a kind of special nationality existence. If we probe the interacting relationship among the different groups , the existence is interacting relationship between political nationality and cultural nationality. It is worth studying for us to find out the phenomena and feeling of politics, economy and cultural nationalism which are out of the interacting relationship. The central point at these issues is the existence of the ethno - politics. While we are studying the problems about the cross - border ethnic groups, we will bring to mind the relations of geo - politics and ethno - politics.
