摘　　要：人民通过政治社团监督政府是毛泽东人民监督思想的必然产物和重要实现途径之一。但是,我国政治社团存在的认识、环境、组织、法律、实践等层面上的问题,使其难以实施有效监督。必须从提高思想认识、提供外部保证、优化组织基础、加强立法、改革政治社团等方面入手,加强和改善我国政治社团对政府的监督。In terms of logical relationship, it is the necessary result and important realizing way of Mao Zedong thought in people＇s supervision that the people supervise the government through political mass organizations. However, China s political mass organizations cannot effectively accomplish the task of supervision because of their usual cognition, environment, organization, law, practice, etc. We must improve their ideological cognition, provide external guarantee, optimize their organizational basis, strengthen legislation and reform political mass organizations, enforcing and perfecting China＇s political mass organizations＇ supervision over the government.
