摘　　要：我国纺织工业发展尚未摆脱外延型数量增长模式,以技术创新为主要特征的核心竞争力严重不足,技术水平、产品附加值均很低,经济增长的质量不高。纺织工业的进一步发展,形成了与可供资源、环境治理能力越来越突出的矛盾。我国纺织业的可持续发展,要从产业结构、环境管理、标准制订以及税收政策上努力。The development of textile industry of China has not been free from the extended quantitative expansion growth pattern.In addition,the core competitiveness that characterizes technology innovation is seriously inadequate,the level of technology and the value added of product are both very low,and the quality of economic growth is not high.With textile industry further developing,contradictions between the ability of resources supply and environmental management are becoming more and more acute.In order to gain the sustainable development of textile industry of China,efforts should be made in the aspects of industrial structure,environmental management,standard formulation and tax policies.
