中西医结合治疗围绝经期综合征

摘　　要：选择120例围绝经期综合征患者,分为中药组(服天紫红女金胶囊)、西药组(西医性激素替代疗法)、中西药联合用药组各40例,疗程3个月。结果联合用药组总有效率为95%,明显高于中药组和西药组(均P<0.05),不良反应以中药组最少(均P<0.05)。One hundred and twenty cases of perimenopausal syndrome were equally divided into three groups ： group A in which 40 cases were treated with Chinese medicine, group B in which 40 cases were treated with western medicine, and group C in which 40 cases were treated with both Chinese and western medicine, with a course of 3 months. Results ： The total effective rate of group A was 95%, higher than those of other two groups（P〈0.05） and least negative effects in group A.
