HPLC法测定复方四季青片中鱼腥草素的含量

摘　　要：建立复方四季青片中合成鱼腥草素的含量测定方法。采用离子对高效液相色谱法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以乙腈-0.01mol/L四丁基溴化铵一二乙胺(30∶40∶0.028)为流动相,检测波长为283nm。结果:测得复方四季青片中鱼腥草素含量为30mg/片,平均加样回收率98.2%。处方中四季青所含酚酸类成分对含量测定没有干扰。结论:该法操作简便、准确、灵敏,可用于复方四季青片质量控制。To establish the quantitative determination method of synthetic houttuynine in compound Chinese holly leaf tablet, Ionpair high-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was adopted. The stearyl-silance bonded silica gel was taken as filling material, and the acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L tetra butyl ammonium bromide-diethyl amine （ 30： 40 ： 0. 028 ） as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 283nm. Results：The content of houtttuynine sodium bisulfate in compound Chinese holly leaf tablet was determined as 30mg per tablet. The average recovery was 98.2%. The phenols ＆ acids in Chinese holly leaf in the prescription did not interfere the quantitative determination. Conclusion： This method is simple, convenient, accurate and sensitive, thus can be used to the quality control of compound Chinese holly leaf tablet.
