摘 要:一种电机和电机驱动器的一体化散热系统能够很好地解决电动汽车中电机和电机驱动器的冷却问题,同时可以解决电机和电机驱动器的分离布置带来的一系列问题.将电机和电机驱动器各自作为一个均质发热体,以热阻等效电路的形式分析电机和电机驱动器冷却系统热阻,并分别给出了电机和电机驱动器的发热过程和冷却过程动态温升计算公式,分析和计算系统的流阻和能量损失,进而设计水泵的功率等级和冷却水流量.计算结果与实验结果都证明该系统能够满足电动汽车电机和电机驱动器的冷却系统要求.这种一体化的冷却系统已在实际电机驱动系统中得到了成功的应用.A uniform cooling system of the motor and its controller is designed to solve the cooling problem and the problem of the motor and its controller being deposited separately. By means of treating the motor and its controller as equality heating matters, this paper analyzes the heat-resistance of the cooling system by way of equal circuits, and puts forward formulas to calculate the temperature of the motor and its controller, analyzes and calculates the fluid-resistance and the energy loss, calculates the flux of the cooling liquid and the needed power of the pump. The calculating result and the experi-mental result approve that the uniform cooling system is able to meet the request of the cooling system. The uniform cooling system has been successfully used in the practical motor driving system.
