摘　　要：本文对发达国家、发展中国家和转型期国家的农村健康保障制度进行了系统比较,分析了国外农村健康保险制度建立过程中的经验、教训以及给我们的启示。在此基础上,对当前我国农村健康保障体系建设中面临的财务机制设计和农村卫生服务的组织管理等问题提出了具体的建议。In this paper the health care systems in rural area in developed, developing and transition countries are eompared. The building proeess and eurrent situation of health eare system in rural area in the above three kinds of eounties are analyzed to find the lessons for China. Aeeording to eomparison and analysis, some suggestions on the finaneing and organization of health eare in rural China are given in the end.
