高危新生儿血浆纤维连接蛋白的变化

摘　　要：检测了72例高危新生儿和20例健康新生儿血浆纤维连接蛋白（Fi－bronectin简称Fn），结果表明高危新生儿血浆Fn与健康新生儿比较显著降低。对11例高危新生儿Fn作了动态观察，提示疾病好转时Fn升高。Plasma fiobronectin of 72 cases highrisk neonatorun were measured, The result showed that highrisk neonates (septicemia pneumonia sclerema neonatorum and hyposic-ischemic encephalopathy) Fn decrease. Studing on dynamic changes of plasma fibronectin in 11 highrisk neonatorum. Showed the plasma fibronectin increased when infection was controlled ; and as the infection got severer in was decrease
