摘　　要：社会技术主要研究“人与社会”的关系,社会技术是社会保障制度的基础,文章从社会技术的概念和特征出发,对社会保障制度的概念和产生的历史背景做了分析,认为社会保障制度是一种典型的社会技术。同时还结合社会保障制度之一———失业保险的实践探讨了社会技术和自然技术的交互影响模式。With the constant development of the society, social technology has already caused people＇s attention day by day to be one kind of special technologies. This paper explains the concept and characteristic of social technology, making analysis of the historical backgrounds of the concept and production of the social security system, thinking the social security system is a kind of typical social technology. Also the paper tries to find the mode of effect between social technology and natural technology through combining the practice of the unemployment insurance- one of the social security systems at the same time.
