摘　　要：在经济全球化浪潮的冲击下,科学、合理、适度地开发非物质文化遗产,是保护非物质文化遗产的最佳方式。遵循非物质文化遗产的内在规律是消除“记忆丧失”的首要条件。珍视非物质文化遗产必须处理好几大关系。Under the impact of the economic globalization tide, that develop intangible cultural heritage scientifically, reasonably, appropriately is the best way to protect intangible cultural heritage. To follow the inherent law of the intangible cultural heritage is the first condition how to eliminate ＂Memory Amnesia＂. Value intangible cultural heritage must handle several relations.
