略论中国传统无讼法律文化对建设当代和谐社会的启示

摘　　要：和谐是传统中国人关于人生、社会、自然乃至宇宙的最高理想,传统中国人将无讼视为和谐运用到社会关系方面的结果,创造了独特的无讼法律文化。当前,我国正在进行构建社会主义和谐社会的宏伟大业,作为传统社会达至和谐的手段的无讼法律文化能为之提供一些有益的启示。Harmony is regarded as the foremost ideal by ancient Chinese people on life, society, nature and even universe. The application of the concept of non - legal - dispute to resolve all the problems in social life by ancient Chinese people results in the distinctive non -legal -dispute culture. China now undergoes a great course of building a harmonious socialism society. Non - legal - dispute culture, as a means of having achieved harmony in ancient China,can shed lights on this course.
