摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯为单体,过氧化二异丙苯为引发剂,对聚丙烯进行官能化,主要研究了反应单体浓度、引发剂浓度、停留时间对接枝率和熔融指数的影响,再将不同接枝率的聚丙烯与尼龙6共混,研究接枝率对共混物力学性能及相容性的影响。结果表明,接枝率随单体浓度的增加而增加,随引发剂含量的增加达到峰值后下降;PA6/PP-g-GMA的机械性能较PA6/PP有显著提高。Polypropylene (PP) was functionized with glycidyl methacrylate(GMA). The influences of the monomer content,initiator content and rotation speed of screw on the grafted ratio and melt flow rate were studied . The GMA grafted and pure PP were blended with nylon6 respectively. It is found that the mechanical properties of the alloy PA6/PP-g-GMA are much better than that of the alloy PA6/PP, which shows that the compatibility between nylon6 and PP is improved. It is also found that the morphologies significantly depend upon the compatibilizer content, molecular weight and the functionated group content. It is obvious that the grafting of PP-g-GMA improves the interfacial adhesion of PA6 and PP. The dispersion size of compatibilized blends is reduced compared with that of uncompatibilized blends.
