摘　　要：在Windows环境下,基于TCP/IP协议,使用Winsock完成了话音在局域网中的传输。采用双套接字技术和服务器转发机制,阐述了主要函数的使用要点,以及使用Wave的低级函数直接对声卡进行编程,实现语音的录入与播放。Winsock is used to complete voice transmission in the local area network（LAN） under Windows environment and based on the TCP/IP agreement. Using the two socket technologies transmit mechanism of server, and the main points of using the major function, the elementary function of Wave to carry out directly the programming for sound card, thus realizing the entering and playing of the speech sound are all decribed with corresponding examples.
