摘　　要：针对乌龙泉矿的生产现状,通过对矿用汽车选型的影响因素进行系统地研究,建立了矿用汽车选型决策模型并用于乌龙泉矿的汽车选型决策分析中。在决策模型中,利用非线性函数对指标进行无量纲化处理,能有效地衡量因各个指标波动带来的差异;采用价值工程方法对备选汽车进行排序分析。模型具有较好地反映矿用汽车的性价比、决策信息全面、简单实用等特点。In accordance with production situation of Wulongquan mine, systematic research on the influence factors for mine truck are made. The decision model about selection of mine truck is set up and used to analyze mine truck selection in Wulongquan mine. In the modal, nonlinear function is used to quantified the criterions and effectively weigh the difference that fluctuation of index brings, The method of Value Engineering is applied to analyze the mine trucks. The model can reflect the value of cost-performance, has overall decision information, and is simple and practical.
