脐带血输注治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的远期疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察脐带血治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的远期疗效。方法:118例患者根据是否输注脐带血分为试验组和对照组,均接受雄性激素、止血和环孢素A等治疗,试验组在此基础上输注脐带血,输注量在5000～6000mL。定期检测血常规,网织红细胞计数和骨髓涂片。结果:脐血治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血远期疗效优于对照组,部分患者可达到治愈。结论:脐血来源丰富,可应用脐血输注的方法提高慢性再生障碍性贫血的疗效及治愈率。Objective： To study the long-term effect of cord blood infusion to chronic aplastic anemia. Methods： One hundred and eighteen patients were divided into cord blood infusion treated group and control group. The androgen,hemostat, and Crclosporine A were given to two groups.Moreover, about 5 000-6 000 mL cord blood infusion was given to the treated group. The levels of blood routine,reticulocyte count, and examination of bone marrow smear were measured in two groups periodically.Results： The curative effect of cord blood infusion in the treated group was better than that of the control group. Some patients in treated group were cured by this method. Conclusion： The curative effect and cure rate of chronic aplastic anemia can be greatly increased by cord blood infusion and cord blood has a rich blood product resource.
