摘　　要：随着经济全球化、金融全球化进程的日益深入,企业国际化进程的加快,我国企业需要面对激烈的市场竞争和瞬息万变的外部环境,在生产经营中遇到的金融风险的范围和规模也发生了显著变化。因此,尽快建立非金融类企业金融风险管理体系,有效控制和管理企业的金融风险,对于企业的长远发展具有十分重要的意义。As the process of the economic and financial globalization is going deeply, and the process of the internationalization of enterprises is speeding up, our enterprises are faced with the drastic market-related competition as well as the varying outer situation, meanwhile the scale of the financial risk met with in the process of producing and managing has also greatly changed. Therefore, it is significant for non-financial enterprises to set up a financial risk managing system, and to control and manage the financial risk of enterprises effectively, which will promise the development of enterprises over the long run.
