摘  要:19世纪初,墨西哥摆脱殖民统治取得了独立,但国家依然贫穷落后。在迪亚斯统治时期,为改变经济落后的面貌,政府采取优惠政策大量吸引外资,并优先发展铁路交通,建成了世界上最大的铁路网。为墨西哥实现现代工业经济创造了条件,促进了国家经济的繁荣。作者就近代墨西哥吸引利用外资修建铁路的经验教训作以探讨。In the early 19^th century, Mexican was still in a poor and backward state although it had already gained its independence from the colonial rule. In order to change this backward state, the government during Porfirio Da-iz (波菲里奥·迪亚斯) rule adopted preferential policies to attract a vast amount of foreign capital and gave priority to the development of the railway transportation. As a result, Mexico set up the largest railway net in the world at that time, which created necessary conditions for the realization of Mexican modern industrial economy and promoted an economic prosperity in that country. This article gives a discussion on the experiences and lessons on Mexican utilization of foreign capital to build railways.
