摘　　要：介绍了当前铁路系统对提速铁路货车转向架用弹簧钢与弹簧产品的一些要求及现状,同时分析了新型弹簧钢———38SiMnVBE的特性及其在高性能弹簧产品上的应用与试验情况,并探讨了其在提速铁路货车弹簧上推广应用的可行性。Some requirements of the present railway system on the spring steel and spring products for speed increased railway freight car bogies and the existing conditions are described. In the mean time, features of the new type spring steel——38SiMnVBE as well as its application and testing in high performance spring products are analyzed. And the feasibility of its spreading and application in speed increased railway freight car springs is discussed.
