摘 要:为建立简捷的提馏式分批精馏塔设计方法,对二元物系提馏式分批精馏过程所需的最小理论板数和最小 回流比(再沸比)进行了理论推导.比较了提馏式分批精馏塔和常规分批精馏塔的异同,在此基础上提出了理想提 馏式分批精馏塔模型,建立了联系提馏塔和常规塔的方法.理论分析与模拟计算结果表明:对于二元物系,在对应 参数相等的条件下,提馏塔和常规塔所需最小理论板数及最小回流比(再沸比)相等,因此,在提馏塔的初步设计中 可将参数进行转化后按常规塔的设计方法进行.To develop a simple and convenient method for the design of stripping batch distillation column, the minimum number of theoretical stages and minimum reflux ratio for binary stripping batch distillation were deduced theoretically based on the comparison of the stripping batch distillation column and the regular batch distillation column. A model of ideal stripping batch distillation column was developed, and the relationship between the two alternatives was identified. Theoretical analysis and simulation calculation results showed that the stripping batch distillation column of binary system had the same minimum number of theoretical stages and minimum reflux ratio as the regular column of the same system if their corresponding parameters were equal. Therefore, methods for regular column design can be applied to the primary design of stripping batch distillation column after the conversion of design parameters.
