摘　　要：目的:探讨阴道液HCG与pH定性检测诊断胎膜早破的价值。方法:分析75例胎膜早破病例(观察组)和75例胎膜未破病例(对照组)的阴道液HCG及pH的检测结果。结果:两种检测方法灵敏度一致(P>0.05),而特异性、准确度以及阳性预测值有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:阴道液HCG检测特异性、准确度、阳性预测值优于pH检测,且该法同样具有简单、快速、无创伤、经济实用的优点。Objective： To study the value of vaginal fluid HCG and pH with qualitative detection in diagnose of premature rupture of membrane （PROM） . Methods： To analyze the examination result of vaginal fluid HCG and pH between 75 cases of PROM and 75 cases non - PROM. Results： The sensitivity in method in two kinds of examinations was consistent （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, but there was significant difference in specificity, accuracy and positive predictive value （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： The specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value of vaginal fluid HCG examines are better than those of the pH examines, which has equally simple, fleetness, no harm, economic and practical advantage.
