摘  要:目的探讨应用缓释低碳水化合物肠内营养剂(安素益力佳SR)替代普通膳食对2型糖尿病的治疗作用。方法20例2型糖尿病患者分别于第1和第8天应用同等能量的安素益力佳SR或对照的普通膳食作为早餐食用。采用配对样本的t检验,对比两种早餐前、后的血糖、血胰岛素浓度以及血糖曲线下面积(AUCG)等指标。结果空腹和餐后30 min血糖的差异无显著性(P>0.05),食用安素益力佳SR后60、90、1201、80 min的血糖和AUCG均显著低于普通早餐(P值均<0.01)。空腹血胰岛素浓度的差异无显著性(P>0.05),然而进食安素益力佳SR后120 min的血胰岛素浓度显著低于普通早餐(P<0.05)。结论应用缓释低碳水化合物肠内营养剂替代同等能量的普通早餐能显著降低2型糖尿病患者餐后血糖及胰岛素的应答水平。Objective To appraise the effect of enteral nutrition with slow-release and low carbohydrate (Glucerna SR) taking the place of common diet as a treatment for type 2 diabetes. Methods In this self-control study, 20 type 2 diabetics were given respectively isocaloric Glucerna SR or common diet as breakfast on day 1 and day 8 in random order. The fasting and postprandial blood glucose and insulin concentrations between the two kinds of breakfast were compared. Results The fasting blood glucose and insulin levels in between were not significantly different(P〉0.05). Compared with the common breakfast, the postprandial blood glucose levels at 60, 90, 120 and 180 min were significantly lower (P〈0.01) as well as diminished area under the curve of blood glucose(P〈0.01). The 120 min postprandial blood insulin concentration showed significant decrease(P〈0.05). Conclusions The substitution of the enteral nutrition with slow-release and low carbohydrate (giueerna SR) for isocaloric common breakfast can obviously decrease the postprandial blood glucose and insulin response in type 2 diabetics.
