摘　　要：目的研究腮腺舍格伦综合征的声像图特点,探讨超声对此病的诊断价值。方法对57例经病理确诊患者的声像图资料及34例患者的随访结果进行综合分析。结果根据腺体内团块的大小、数量,将声像图分为4型(1)弥漫型;(2)结节型;(3)类肿瘤型;(4)萎缩型。超声诊断符合率81%。结论超声检查在此病的诊断及随访均有着重要作用。Objective To study the sonogram＇s characteristics of parotid Sjǒgren syndrome and probe the value of ultrasound diagnosis for this disease. Methods We made an integrated analysis the sonograms of 57 cases with parotid Sjǒgren syndrome diagnosed by pathology finally. The analysis was combined with pathology follow-up in 34 patients. Results According to the lump dimensions and quantity, we categorized the lumps on sonograms into four types： i. e. diffuse, nodular, carcinoid and atrophic types. The diagnostic correlation rate reached to 80%. Conclusions Ultrasound examination plays an important role in the process of treatment and follow-up for Sjǒgren syndrome.
