摘　　要：目的探讨髋关节一过性滑膜炎的超声鉴别诊断。方法将髋关节一过性滑膜炎、化脓性髋关节炎、Perthes病等髋关节疾病的超声声像进行对比研究,观察声像差别。结果不同的髋关节疾病超声声像不同。结论超声检查应作为髋关节一过性滑膜炎的诊断与鉴别诊断的常规检查方法。Objective To explore the differential diagnosis of ultrasonography on the transient synovitis of the hip. Methods To examine the ultrasonic images of various hip joints disease including the transient synovitis of the hip, the pyogenic arthritis and the Perthes disease. Compare with their characterization of imagines. Results Various coxarthropathies gererate different ultrasonic images. Conclusions Ultrasonic examination should be used as the regular diagnostic method for the transient synovitis of the hip.
