摘 要:针对石油钻采设备的低温服役条件,分别考察了石油工业常用40CrN iMoA钢的冲击性能以及热处理工艺、毛坯尺寸和温度等因素的影响。冲击试验结果表明,40CrN iMoA钢的冲击性能在试验温度范围内随温度降低而逐渐下降,并且在-40℃^-20℃内发生韧-脆转变。在常规热处理条件下,毛坯尺寸对40CrN iMoA钢的冲击性能具有显著影响,在本试验条件下,试样的冲击性能随着取样毛坯尺寸的增加而显著降低。此外,热处理制度对40CrN iMoA钢的力学性能也有重要影响,适当提高回火温度有利于改善40CrN iMoA钢的冲击性能。冲击断口分析表明,断口存在大量碳化物和氧化物颗粒及其脱落后而形成的孔洞,这是导致冲击性能降低的重要原因。In view of the service condition of petroleum devices at low temperature, the impact property of 40CrNiMoA steel that is commonly applied in petroleum industry and the effects of the heat treatment processes, ingot sizes and temperature on the property were studied respectively. The results of the impact tests show that the impact property of 40CrNiMoA steel descends gradually as the temperature decreasing within the test scope, and there exists a ductile-brittle transition between - 40- and - 20- . The effect of the ingot sizes on the impact property of 40CrNiMoA steel is evident under the conventional heat treatment conditions. In the current tests, the impact property of the specimens descends re- markably with the increasing ingot sizes from which the specimens were made of. In addition, the heat treatment process has important influence on the mechanical properties of 40CrNiMoA steel. Increasing properly tempering temperature is beneficial to improve impact property of 40CrNiMoA steel. The fracture analysis shows that there exist a lot of particles of earbides ,oxides,and voids resulted from shedding of the compounds ,which is the main reason for descending the impact property.
