摘 要:采用X射线衍射、磁性和硬度测量等方法研究了深冷处理对高铬白口铸铁显微组织和硬化行为的影响.结果表明,经去稳加空冷和去稳加深冷两种工艺处理后的高铬铸铁显微组织均由奥氏体、马氏体和共晶碳化物组成.在去稳加空冷处理中,随着加热温度(900℃~1150℃)的升高,高铬铸铁的硬度先升高并在1000℃时达到最高值,然后开始下降;在去稳加深冷处理中,高铬铸铁的硬度有相似的变化规律,但其硬度明显高于未经深冷处理的高铬铸铁.深冷处理使高铬铸铁中的残留奥氏体含量大大下降,因此显著提高了高铬铸铁的硬度,但当硬度达到最高时其组织中仍残留少量奥氏体.Effects of cryogenic treatment on the microstructure and the hardening behavior of high chromium white cast iron were investigated by X-ray diffraction, magnetic method and hardness test. The results show that the microstructures of the cast iron under air eooling and cryogenic treating respectively after destabilized treatment consist of austemite ,martensite and eutectic earbides,In the course of destabilized and air cooling treatment ,with the heating temperature (from 900℃ to 1150℃) increasing ,the hardness of the cast iron increase until the temperature reaces 1000℃ ,and then decreases ,In destabilized cryogenic treatment,there is similar characteristic ,but the hardness is higher than that under the treatment without cryogenic ,Under cryogenic treatment,the content of retained austenite decreases gratly.so the hardness increases obviously,but there are still a little retained austenite in the microstructure when the hardness reaches the max.
