摘  要:对实际生产中叶片在真空热处理工序可能出现的问题,如设备故障造成的欠温、保温不足、冷却速度偏低等进行了模拟,研究了修复热处理对DZ125合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,出现上述情况时,可以对DZ125合金叶片进行修复热处理。Problems, possibly occurring in the vacuum heat treatment procedure of blade production, including under temperature caused by equipment breakdown, insufficient holding time and low cooling speed, were simulated. The influence of restoration heat-treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of directionally solidified superalloy DZ125 was studied. The results show that the restoration heat treatment can be applied for the blade production when the abovementioned problems happen.
