摘 要:利用光学显微镜、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线能谱研究了微量Ti对电炉CSP流程生产低碳高强度汽车用钢板的组织性能的影响.试验结果表明:钢板显微组织细小,铁素体平均晶粒尺寸为6.0~8.0 μm.大量细小的TiN,Ti(C,N)第二相粒子在铁素体晶界、晶内沉淀析出,其粒子的平均晶粒尺寸在10~30 nm之间.这些纳米级沉淀粒子对钢的组织细化和强化起到重要作用.The influence of microalloying element Ti on microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength low carbon automobile steel plates produced by EAF-CSP process were investigated by means of optical electron microscope, JEM-2000FX electron microscope and X-ray Energy Dispersive Spectroscope (XEDS). The experiment re- suits showed that the matrix consists of very fine ferrite grains, whose average size is 6.0-8.0 μm . A large number of fine second particles were observed in ferrite matrix. The precipitates were TiN and Ti(C,N) mainly. The average particle size was 10-30 nm. Remarkable strengthening and grain refinement can be caused by these nano-particles.
