摘  要:用Sol-Gel法制备了纳米级的CuO-SnO2气敏粉体;运用DSC-TG、XRD、TEM等分析手段对不同热处理温度和不同配比浓度的粉体进行了表征,可知获得了纳米级的的不同掺杂的气敏粉体;并用所得粉体制作成气敏元件,对CO2气体进行了气敏性能测试,掺杂摩尔百分含量为50%的CuO-SnO2气敏元件对CO2有较好的气敏性能.CuO doped SnO2 nanocrystalline powders were prepared by the Sol -Gel method, treated in different temperature. The characteristics of the powders which had different concentrations were investigated by DSC -TG,XRD,TEM,show that the powders was nanocrystalline; This powder had manufactured gas sensor and its gas sensitive effect on carbon dioxide had been measured. SnO2 gas sensors doped 50mol% CuO had high sensitivity for detecting CO2.
