摘 要:针对超高分子量聚乙烯纤维表面粘接性差的缺点,采用铬酸对其进行了表面处理.根据处理温度与处理后纤维强力的损失的关系,以及不同处理温度下的纤维表面的电镜照片形貌确定了最佳的处理温度为85℃;根据处理过纤维与未处理的纤维的红外图谱的差异对铬酸处理的氧化机理进行了探讨,确定在纤维表面生成了羟基、羰基、羧基等极性的对纤维具有浸润性的基团;借助自行设计的单丝拔出实验装置以及压制复合材料测试其层间剪切强度,对纤维表面处理后的粘接性进行了表征,发现采用适当的纤维处理工艺、选择合适的树脂基体可以使纤维的粘接性提高60%以上.In this research, the effects of chemical etching to the UHMWPE fiber' s surface chemistry and topography have been explored by using chromic acid. The relationship between the treated temperature and the fiber's tensile strength loss shows that the best treated temperature is 85℃. Through SEM,FTIR,It has been proved that there are many oxy - organic groups appearing at the surface of treated UHMWPE fiber, including hydroxyl and carboxyl groups. With the help of single fiber pull - out instrument which is self - regulating, the relationship between pull - out strength and displace are described, the relationship curve gives us a good model of pull - out process. According to the curve, the pull -out mechanism are analyzed in details. The result of single fiber pull - out shows that chemical etching on the surface can improve interface - adhesions between treated fiber and the proper matrix resin. By using the treated fibre and the VE resin synthesized in lab, the adhesions can be improved more than 60 percents in comparison with the untreated fiber and epoxy E -51 system.
