摘  要:2219Al-Cu合金进行脉冲MIG焊时,加入电磁搅拌可降低焊缝处固-液界面前沿液相的温度梯度,增加非均质形核率,促使粗大、方向性很强的柱状晶转变为细小的等轴晶;沿晶界和枝晶间分布的α(Al)-CuAl_2共晶均匀化;提高了焊缝中Cu元素分布均匀性,形成高密度的GP区,促进θ′相非均质形核.电磁搅拌使接头抗拉强度由296.4MPa增加到326.0MPa,接头系数由63%上升到70%,延伸率由4.7%增加到7.6%.Effects of electromagnetical stirring on the structure and mechanical properties of pulse metal inert gas (MIG) weld metal for 22l9 Al-Cu alloy were investigated. The results show that electromagnetical stirring decreases the thermal gradient at the solid-liquid interface in the weld pool and enhances the density of heterogeneous nucleation, results in the coarse and oriented columnar grains transforming into fine equiaxed grains; improves the morphology and distribution of α(Al)-CuAl2 eutectic along grain boundaries; homogenizes Cu element and enhances the density of GP zone in weld metal, which accelerates the heterogeneous nucleation of θ′ precipitates. Elctromagnetical stirring makes the ultimate tensile strength of weld joint enhance from 296.4 MPa to 326.0 MPa, the joint strength coefficient from 63% to 70% and ductibilitv from 4.7% to 7.6%.
