电镀锌钢板上2-Vpy阴极电聚合及其腐蚀行为的研究

摘  要:采用循环伏安法在电镀锌钢板上阴极还原电聚合二乙烯基吡啶(2-Vpy),研究了扫描速度对聚合膜形成的影响,采用SEM研究其表面形貌,并测出了不同条件下聚合膜的厚度,结果表明最佳扫描速度为0.05V/s.通过红外光谱研究聚2-Vpy膜的结构及其掺杂离子ClO_4^-.对聚合膜进行了阳极极化、交流阻抗和盐雾实验,结果证明聚2-Vpy膜耐蚀性优于铬酸盐钝化电镀锌钢板,并初步提出了聚2-Vpy膜的耐蚀机理.The effects of sweep rate on the formation of poly (2-vinylpyridine, 2-Ⅴpy) coatings electropolymerized on zinc-electroplated steel have been investigated by cyclic voltammetry technique. The morphology and thickness of poly 2-Vpy coatings are evidently affected by the sweep rate, which suggests the best sweep rate is 0.05 Ⅴ/s. The structure and doped ions C104^- of poly 2-Ⅴpy coatings have been investigated using reflection-absorption infrared spectroscopy. Corrosion behavior of chromating film and poly 2-Ⅴpy coatings in 3.5% NaCl solution is studied by salt spray test, anodic polarization experiment and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) method. Experimental results show that the anticorrosion property of poly 2-Ⅴpy coating is better than that of chromating film because of its good shielding and inhibiting properties, and the anticorrosion mechanism of poly 2-Ⅴpy coatings is discussed.
