摘 要:在马钢工业生产条件下,用高斯计空载测量Φ380 mm圆坯连铸结晶器内在电流参数400~510 A、2.0~2.5 Hz的范围内磁感应强度的分布特性.结果表明,结晶器中心垂直方向磁感应强度变化曲线呈波峰状,在离结晶器上口约530 mm的电磁搅拌器中心处有最大值;在结晶器水平截面上磁感应强度沿截面中心至边缘逐渐增大.钢液弯月面处的磁感应强度是结晶器中心最大值的10%左右.马钢在现有生产条件下采用400 A/2.5 Hz的电流参数,相应电磁搅拌强度明显偏低.In condition of commercial production at Maanshan Steel, with electric current parameter within limits 400 ~ 510 A and 2.0 ~2.5 Hz, the distribution characteristics of magnetic induction intensity in concasting mould with M-EMS for Φ380 mm round bloom has been measured by using Gauss-meter. The results showed that the curve of magnetic induction intensity along vemcal direction of mould center had a peak shape and the maximum value was at M-EMS stirrer center and a distance 530 mm from top of mould; and it increased gradually from center to edge at mould horizontal section. The magnetic induction intensity at meniscus was about 10% of that maximum value at mould middle section. The analysis shows that in the present production conditions at Maanshan Steel the stirring intensity with using electric current parameter 400A/2.5Hz is not enough.
