摘  要:根据弱刚度零件端面切削实验,研究了超声波椭圆振动切削对弱刚度零件的切削效果。与没加超声波椭圆振动的普通切削相比,超声波椭圆振动切削能显著地提高已加工表面光洁度和抑制颤振。并且基于超声波椭圆振动切削特性,分析了超声波椭圆振动切削对绝对稳定切削刚度的影响,结果表明:由于刀具前刀面与切屑之间的分离特性和摩擦力方向反转特性共同作用,增大了绝对稳定切削刚度,增强了抗颤振能力,提高了弱刚度零件表面的加工质量。Based on experiments of the face cutting of the weak workpiece, effects of the ultrasonic elliptical vibration cutting on the weak workpiece are researched. Compared with the ordinary cutting, the finish of the machined surface and the ability for suppressing chatter are improved. Based on characteristics of the ultrasonic elliptical vibration cutting, influences of the elliptical vibration cutting on the absolute cutting rigidity are analyzed. Results show that the absolute cutting rigidity, the ability for suppressing chatter and the machined surface quality are improved due to the separated and reversed characteristices of the frictional direction between the chip and the rake face of the tool.
