摘 要:[目的]评价经椎弓根单椎体复位系统内固定治疗腰椎峡部裂的临床疗效。[方法]应用中华长城钉钩系统节段内固定及植骨治疗腰椎峡部裂17例,12例为单纯腰椎峡部裂患者;5例伴有腰椎Ⅰ°滑脱,3例为合并椎间盘突出的患者。SF系统节段内固定治疗腰椎峡部裂9例,2例伴有腰椎Ⅰ°滑脱。[结果]26例经12个月~5a(平均28个月)随访,按Henderson标准评价,优良率:中华长城钉钩系统节段内固定组为100%,SF系统节段内固定组88.9%,总优良率96.2%。[结论]单椎体复位固定系统节段内固定治疗腰椎峡部裂固定可靠,骨融合率高,是一种有效的方法。[ Objectivel To evaluate the effect of trans-pediele single vertebra reduction and fixation system in treating lumbar spondyloschisis. [ Method] A total of 26 cases of spondyloschisis were divided into 2 groups: In group I, 17 cases were treated with the China Great Wall (CGW) pedicle screw system to fix the lumbar spine after bone grafting, in this group, 12 cases had simple spondyloschisis, 5 were combined with spondylolisthesis, 3 were combined with lumbar disc herniation; In group Ⅱ , 9 cases were treated with SF system, in this group, 2 eases were combined with I spondylolisthesis. [ Result] All patients were followed up for an average of 28 months. According to Henderson classification, the satisfactory rate in CGW and CF group were 100% and 88.9% respectively. The total satisfactory rate was 96. 2%. [ Conclusion] Single vertebra reduction and fixation system has such advantages as stronger fixing strength and higher fusion rate. Fixation with CGW is more effective and reliable in the treatment of spondyloschisis.
